Native from France , gives wines very frutal with aromas that remember to the fruit salad, the citric fruits and, according to the areas, mineral notes or vegetables. It combines very well with the semillón. It is developing well in the area of the high river Mendoza , Luján de Cuyo and Maipú.

It is the main white grape of Bordeaux and of the Valley of the Loire, in France . It has adapted very well in different vineyards regions of the world like northeast of Italy, Chile,coastal valleys of California and Australia , although the varietales of Sauvignon stands out at world level Blanc elaborated in New Zealand .

Of herbaceous, citric aromas, sometimes smoky tones or a certain wild picor going by the thickest and complexes is like offers according to the place of where it comes.

In Argentina an important place has been won among the fine white wines with a promissory future.

 
The food
 

Make the experience of proving it with goat cheese, it is exquisite. The shellfish, fish and couches are ideal to supplement this wine. It is excellent company for fires of palates (eaten spicy).
